Another call to the front desk, nothing they can do but bring us fresh towels and leave another note for the supervisor in housekeeping. The only thing that was done is the trash being removed and the shampoo replaced. First day was great, second day AGAIN dirty towels on the floor, blankets thrown up toward the pillows, and sheets hanging on the floor. Again a 3 day 2 night trip which took us 3 hours to drive to from our home. Was told they probably did not pick up towels because I had folded the used ones and laid them over the bathtub. Again a call to the front desk and was told all they could do was run up with clean towels and they would leave a note for the housekeeping dept. We left the room and returned an hour later finding nothing had changed. The second day when we returned to our room around 6pm the beds were not made, used towels were not picked up, clean towels not replaced, When we contacted the front desk they said housekeeping closes at 5pm but offered to come to the room and correct the problem. Upon check in the room was clean and well stocked. A few months ago we stayed for 3 days and two nights. However, we have gotten TERRIBLE maid service on both of our trips. We have gone to NorthStar a few times because the casino games are fun even tho the slots are alittle tight.
